Everything about Prado was above and beyond. The front Desk Danny and Marie. The kitchen staff was great. Food was really good and beyond what I expected. The free bar is top shelf (loved that) and the bartenders did their thang and helped us all weekend beyond their pay rate. The entire staff worked together doing whatever we needed even when it wasn’t their job description. I will be back again and I’ll always recommend 10/1000

Great hotel! Everything was very clean, and breakfast was absolutely delicious! Marie at the front desk was super welcoming. Two queen suite was perfect for a family stay. Overall a great stay.

This hotel turned out to be an excellent stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast and dinner truly made the stay worth it. The fenced in parking was nice for my van and trailer with the mower. The pool and hot tub experience was outstanding. The pool was kept at a perfect 95 degrees, and the hot tub was around 105, which made it incredibly relaxing. Having both indoor and outdoor pool options added to the fun. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Well done.

I was there the end of April through the first week of May, about a week and a half. I was there helping my daughter move out her dorm and tour apartments for the next school year. Marie at the front desk was amazing and welcoming! There was another woman at the front desk who was also helpful, but I don't know her name. Tanisha and Vanessa in the dining area were super cool and have wonderful attitudes! I was there so long, we felt like family! LOL! 😂😂 My room was incredible and the breakfast and dinner were fantastic! I'm looking forward to staying there when I move my daughter back to school! This is my new hotel of choice anytime I'm in that area!

I have genuinely enjoyed my time at the Prado. The nature of my profession leads me to spending extended periods of time on the road, and this is the place to be in this area. The staff, particularly the bartender and kitchen staff (Tanisha and Victoria respectively) have been excellent. The breakfast and dinner are good enough that I don’t need to worry about going out for meals. My room was clean and stocked with ample towels and washrags. Overall, I’m very happy with the Prado and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The Prado Hotel EXCEEDED my expectations. I was shocked to arrived at a hotel that offers complimentary breakfast, dinner, and 3 complimentary cocktails per night! The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. In addition to the cleanliness, the staff members were very welcoming and professional, Mr. Lewis and Victoria specifically were outstanding. I would definitely recommend the Prado Hotel to anyone visiting Jackson, MS. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

What stood out most about our stay was the level of customer service we received. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced, but Mr. Ed Lewis truly made the experience memorable. He was welcoming, professional, and took the time to walk us through the hotel’s amenities instead of rushing us along. In a time when genuine hospitality can feel rare, his attention and professionalism reminded us how much great customer service still matters.

I was highly impressed with this hotel. It is located in a good location. The front desk attendants where kind and made sure we had what we needed. The lobby was nice clean and a nice place to sit and wait if needed. I actually liked the layout of the place. It was very clean and the rooms are nice. My biggest thing for a hotel is the bed. I need clean and comfy and Prado Hotel delivered. Me and my Boa slept like babies. Checkout was easy and fast This place does have complementary breakfast, but I did not make it to breakfast because I was enjoying my sleep... I highly recommend this place. I was a little nervous at first but Definitely more than I expected..
